Programmes vary in depth and focus, with parent meet-ups typically lasting two and a half hours.

Sensory personality
Background
Drawing on her Occupational Therapy experience, Cailyn explains how different sensory profiles influence the way we respond to our environments.
The way we take in sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and textures is deeply individual. By understanding our children’s sensory thresholds, we can help them manage their responses to different stimuli more effectively.
Core content includes
- Understanding what sensory intelligence is
- Identifying your child’s sensory preferences and sensitivities
- Exploring your own sensory profile to support co-regulation and adapt environments when needed
